Our Work
Designed for district administrators—especially directors of student services or equivalent—these resources help you adopt a data-driven, values-based budgeting approach that enhances and sustains school-based mental health services. Two of the resources offer ready-to-use tools for immediately assessing spending impact and ensuring alignment with your core values, priorities, and desired outcomes. The third is a case study showing how one district used these tools to make transparent, informed decisions and drive progress toward its strategic goals.
